All exchanges for artwork, jewelry, and handmade goods are decided on a case-by-case basis.
If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for an exchange. Buyer must consider the description of the item before requesting an exchange. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for exchange. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and unable to be exchanged. Rings that are ordered with a specific size are considered custom orders. So pay attention on our ring size chart that is available in our site.
Exchanges are available for non-custom work only if you notify us via email at [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your items. After 10 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
All pieces must be in the same condition as when sent to you. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please also include a contact number or email address so we can reach you if needed.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure and pack it accordingly.
If you are shipping your item back to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Products
Please notify us immediately if your package arrives damaged or is defective. We must be informed within 24 hours of the shipment’s delivery. While we take every measure to properly package our shipments, there are rare occasions when damages occur in transit. Please send us an email at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve this matter and exchange it for the same item.
