This website www.donodidiojewels.com (here in after referred to as “e-shop” or “website” or “webpage” or “site”) is the online store of the company under the name «THANOU IOANNA» and distinctive title “DONO DI DIO JEWELS” ( VAT Registration Number EL 106406481 Tax Authority: Amarousiou), which is managed under the domain name donodidiojewels.com, having its registered offices in Melissia Athens, 17th November No. 6. (here in after referred to as “the Company”). The Company’s headquarters are located in Greece.

The online store is intended for all its visitors who wish to be directly informed about the goods offered by www.donodidiojewels.com (website), in combination with the possibility of making purchases through it, following an online order, always subject to adequacy of stock and the specific conditions provided herein.

Visitors are responsible for accessing the services of the site and the payment of any fees to third parties (eg internet services, charge for time spent on it). Also, they are solely responsible for their personal equipment with the necessary technological means that allow them to access its services.

The order through e-shop is regulated by Greek law, law 2251/1994 (consumer protection) as amended and in force, law 4624/2019 (protection of the individual from the processing of personal data), and International and European E-commerce law.

Please read these Terms carefully before you start using this website. By using this website or placing an order through it you agree to be bound by these Terms, so if you do not agree, you should not use this website.

A. GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE (SITE)

Therefore, none of them may be sold, copied, modified, reproduced, republished in whole or in part or uploaded, transmitted or distributed in any way. Any user who enters and trades or uses the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to as “visitor” or “user” or “customer” depending on whether he is limited to visiting only the online store or places an order and makes a purchase of products and services) is deemed to agree and unconditionally accept the following terms herein, without exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, then he must responsibly refrain from visiting, using the website as well as from any transaction or use of the services of the online store. However, any action of the user on the website www.donodidiojewels.com such as browsing it, or purchasing products, is considered as unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use and Purchases.

In the context of good faith and transactional ethics, our store is not obliged to accept orders and enter into sales of products and/or services, which due to typographical or computer error, appear in the online store with an incorrect price, ie lower or higher than the current one for that period. If such an error is found in the order in the price, only in a part of the ordered products, then the order is valid and executed normally for the other products and is considered incomplete for the products in which the error was found, unless the items in order is related, they are to be used as a whole and function as a unit with each other and the consumer states that the partial fulfillment of the order does not serve his needs or interests, so our store must cancel the entire order.

The Company is not responsible for any small deviations that may occur in the listed weights or dimensions of jewelry as they are handmade. Also, due to the nature of natural materials like stones, the color, and the tone of the item you receive may be vary darker or lighter from the images demonstrated.

The online store provides the content (eg information, names, photos, illustrations), products and services available through the website “as is”. In no case is he/she liable civil or criminal for any damage (positive, special or negative, which indicatively and not restrictively, divisively and/or cumulatively consists in loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary satisfaction, etc.) that may a visitor to the online store or a third party for reasons related to the operation or not and/or the use of the internet and/or inability to provide services and/or products and/or information made available by it and/or by any unauthorized interference by third parties with products and/or services and/or information made available through it.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Any payments will be returned to the Customer without undue delay, in the same way that the Customer chose to pay for his order.

Our store reserves the right to inform the Customer in case of assistance due to reasons that make the product unavailable or for the possible (new) delivery time if there are reasons for delivery delay. In this case, if it is deemed that the delay makes the transaction unprofitable for the Customer, the Customer is entitled to unilaterally cancel the order with a written statement (via email to [email protected]). If the order is canceled and the sales contract is terminated, our store must return, without undue delay, all the money paid to it by the Customer.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content in the online store, including trademarks, patents, names, images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, programs, data, etc. are the intellectual property of our company and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions or intellectual property of third parties for which the company has received a license for its own needs and for the operation of its electronic store. It is forbidden to copy, transfer or create a derivative work based on this content or mislead the public about the actual provider of the online store. The purchase of the products of our website can be done by the consumer either as a visitor or as a user of our website.

Registration of the user in the online store www.donodidiojewels.com is optional. Each customer registers only once. The customer using the unique combination of Email Address (“EMAIL”) and Password that he has chosen and declared, has the following options:

7. SUBMISSION/CANCELLATION OF ORDER

The orders placed on www.donodidiojewels.com are subject to the approval of the Company. The acceptance of the order by the Company is given by sending a relevant email.

The information contained on this website and in these Terms of Use is not a sale proposal, but an invitation for information. It will not be considered that a contract has been drawn up for any products, except when your order is explicitly accepted by the Company.

In case you do not receive a confirmation message of your order, please contact immediately the eShop of www.donodidiojewels.com at [email protected], in order to request the successful completion of the submission of your order.

An order that has been registered and has not yet been delivered can be canceled (in whole or in part), within the time interval from the submission until the notification of the confirmation for its shipment. Cancellation is not possible after this time. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) you must send an e-mail to [email protected] or call (+30) 2108035665.

8. PRICE POLICY 

The listed final prices of the products include VAT. The online store www.donodidiojewels.com reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer. Regardless of price fluctuations, the customer always pays the value stated on the product at the time of completion of the order registration.

9. METHODS OF PAYMENT

Α. By deposit in a bank account

You can deposit the price of your order in the following accounts of the company “THANOU IOANNA” within an exclusive period of five (5) working days from the submission of your order. Otherwise your order will be considered canceled.

In the bank deposit you must state as a reason:

1. Your full name
2. The number of your order, which will be sent to you via email upon completion of the ordering process.

Β. By debiting your credit card

Payment for your order can be made securely by credit, debit or prepaid card VISA, MASTERCARD MAESTRO, CHINA UNION PAY, AMERICAN EXPRESS, any bank.

As soon as the customer completes the registration of the order, he is automatically transferred to the safe environment of the Bank (which bank). On this page the customer must fill in all the required fields (card number, expiration date, CCV2/CVC2, cardholder name). The processing of the customer’s card details is done exclusively for the completion of the transaction, i.e. the repayment of the items purchased by the customer from the online store www.donodidiojewels.com . We do not collect or store your credit card information in any way, so you will need to re-enter it each time you use your credit card for transactions. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy of the online store www.donodidiojewels.com.

C. Via PayPal

By choosing to pay via Paypal you will be transferred to the Paypal website (online secure transaction system) where you can pay either with your credit/debit card or through your Paypal account. The payment process via PayPal is fully automated. During this process no personal information (including credit card number) is stored in the Company’s electronic system

D. Via KLARNA

In order to provide you with Klarna payment methods, we may transfer personal data, such as contact and transaction data with Klarna, during the checkout, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for Klarna payment methods and to provide you with specialized payment methods. Your personal data is processed on the basis of Klarna’s Privacy Policy.

10. METHODS OF DELIVERY

Orders are shipped exclusively by courier. When registering the order, the customer selects the postal address to which he wishes his order to be sent.

Once the order is shipped you will receive a relevant notification email. Orders are processed, shipped and delivered daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Upon receipt of the product, we recommend that you personally check the delivered product and confirm that its packaging remains intact.

Upon request either by mail ([email protected]) or phone at (+30) 2108033665, the products could be received by the Customer from our Offices, in Melissia Athens, 17th November No. 6.

11. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Α. Delivery and Shipping Costs Within Greece:

• Orders worth more than € 80 are sent free of charge.
• For orders under € 80, the shipping cost for all of Greece is € 3.00.
• For items weighing more than 2 kg there may be an additional charge.

Delivery Options/ Estimated time of arrival of orders

All orders are sent within 1 to 10 working days after the payment is confirmed.

Delivery will take place 1 to 3 working days after the date the products are shipped.

The courier service we work with is Speedex/ Elta Courier.

For distances above 20km from cities that have courier services and remote islands, there may be a delay in delivery.

The delivery address must be the given address at the time we’ve sent the order.

All orders must be signed by the receiver (Buyer or other authorized person) by the time they are received.

*Our customers could track their orders through a tracking code which will be sent in the e-mail/ order confirmation.

*Please note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and therefore orders received after 2.00 PM (Greek time) on Friday may take 1-2 days longer to arrive. Overnight orders placed by 2.00 PM on weekdays will arrive the next business day.

All prices above are listed in euros, they do not include VAT and fuel surcharge. You can see the precise shipping cost of your order at checkout.

Delivery Options/ Estimated time of arrival of orders

The courier service we work with is DHL Express Worldwide. All orders are sent within 1 to 10 working days after the payment is confirmed. Delivery will take place 2 to 5  working days after the date the products are shipped.

Customer bares full responsibility for any possible taxes, custom duties or any other expense may occur for shipments outside European Union. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

The delivery address must be the given address at the time we’ve sent the order.

All orders must be signed by the receiver (Buyer or other authorized person) at the time they are received.

*Our customers could track their orders through a tracking code which will be sent in the e-mail/ order confirmation.

*Please note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and therefore orders received after 2.00 PM (Greek time) on Friday may take 1-2 days longer to arrive. Overnight orders placed by 2.00 PM on weekdays will arrive the next business day.

12. RETURN POLICY

We strongly believe that you will be satisfied with your order. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your “DONO DI DIO jewels”, please contact us at [email protected] and explain to us the reasons.

A. FOR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN STOCK

You can withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days and return the products from the moment you receive them if your order regards products available in stock. You have the option of returning your money or choosing another product.

Within the above deadline, you inform the Company, via email at the address [email protected], stating your name and your order number, the reasons for which you wish to return the product, and if you wish to replace it or receive a refund.

Within the next two (2) working days you will be sent the corresponding special form “refund” or “product change” via email, which you will complete and send to the address [email protected]. In and after consultation with us, contact the courier company of your choice to deliver to our company the products, baring the shipping costs. All pieces should be in the same condition as when sent to you and in its original package, accompanied by all documents of shipment. It is strongly advised you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since the Company cannot guarantee that will indeed receive the package.

Upon receipt of the product from the Company, a detailed check will be made and if no problem is found regarding its condition, packaging or documents, an email will be sent accepting your request.

In case the above conditions are met and there is a request for “refund” you will be refunded the price you have paid.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The way the money will be refunded depends on the payment method you have chosen:

• If the payment has been made by credit card, the money will be refunded upon cancellation of the relevant charge.
• If the payment has been made by deposit in the bank account of the Company, the money will be refunded by deposit in your personal bank account, the details of which (Bank, IBAN, beneficiary, etc.) you will indicate via email to [email protected]. The refund will be made within fourteen (14) working days from the day after the acceptance of your request for return of the goods or goods.
• If the payment has been made via Paypal, the money shall be refunded via Paypal

upon cancellation of the relevant charge.

B. CUSTOM HANDMADE PRODUCTS

For custom made and personalized pieces (artwork, jewelry etc) only exchanges are considered on a case by case basis, as described below:

1. i) The right of withdrawal is not provided for custom and personalized art and jewel pieces. Specifically, if the product meets the criteria, dimensions and special preferences of the Customer as set in the order, exchange of the product is not provided. Please pay attention of products descriptions and on our ring size chart that is available in our site.
2. ii) For products or pieces that do not meet the preferences, sizes etc of the order, please contact us at the mail address [email protected], as soon as possible and not after an exceeding period of 14 days, after the receipt of the product, stating your name, your order number and explaining the reasons that made the product unsatisfactory. If the period of 14 days has been exceeded, exchange of the product is not provided.

If the stated reasons comply with the current Terms of Purchase and Use, within the next two (2) working days you will be sent the corresponding special form “product change” via email, which you will complete and send to the address [email protected]. In and after consultation with us, contact the courier company of your choice to deliver to our company the products, baring the shipping costs. All pieces should be in the same condition as when sent to you and in its original package, accompanied by all documents of shipment. It is strongly advised you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since the Company cannot guarantee that will indeed receive the package.

Upon receipt of the product from the Company, a detailed check will be made and if no problem is found regarding its condition, packaging or documents, an email will be sent accepting your request.

In case the above conditions are met, the Customer should select another product, according to the procedure described under Chapter 7.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

C. Damaged Products

Please notify us immediately if your package arrives damaged or is defective. We must be informed within 24 hours of the shipment’s delivery. While we take every measure to properly package our shipments, there are rare occasions when damages occur in transit. Please send us an email at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve this matter and exchange it for the same item. The product should be delivered to us, in the same condition as it was received, in its original package, accompanied by all documents of shipment. In and after consultation with you, we will contact the courier company we cooperate with, to pick up the damaged product from you and have it delivered in our premises, baring the shipping costs.

Complaints/Comments/Concerns

Any complaints (comments/concerns) about items may be sent to [email protected].

D. Change of already changed products not allowed.

Your legal rights under applicable law are not affected.

13. RESIGNATION OF RIGHTS

If at any time during the validity of a Contract we do not seek for your strict fulfillment of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these terms and conditions, and/or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies which we are entitled to under the contract or these Terms, this does not constitute a waiver of or restriction of such rights and remedies and does not relieve you of your obligation to comply with those obligations.

Our waiver of an individual claim does not constitute a waiver of any similar claim in the future.

Any waiver by us of any of these Terms or of the rights and remedies we have under the Agreement shall be deemed to be valid unless expressly stated to be a waiver and notified to you in writing in accordance with the terms set forth above concerning Notifications.

14. UNANIMOUS AMENDMENTS BY THE COMPANY

Our online store reserves the right to modify the services provided or to terminate their provision temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. In any case that the Customer makes use of the services of the online store, it is considered that he has unreservedly accepted these terms of use and unreservedly acknowledges that our online store is not responsible to the customer for any modification, postponement or interruption of service.

15. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION-RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY

Our store does not bear any responsibility for any damage caused to the Customer by the exchange of information while using the services of our online store, resulting from loss or delay in receipt or non-receipt or alteration of data.

We always act in good faith and in accordance with the law and these Special Terms of Use and Purchases. Therefore, we have taken and continue to take all necessary technical or other measures and make every effort so that (a) the website and the online store www.donodidiojewels.com operate smoothly and properly without problems, interruptions, delays, errors or mistakes; (b) the data/information provided and transmitted through this website on the one hand should not be altered and on the other hand should be protected by backing up its security systems; (c) the technology we use or the servers through which our online store is made available to Users may not contain viruses or other harmful components or software programs, but our store DOES NOT PROVIDE RELATED WARRANTIES for all the above and is not obliged to compensate its use, in case you suffer any damage for the above reasons.
