We strongly believe that you will be satisfied with your order. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your “DONO DI DIO jewels”, please contact us at [email protected] and explain to us the reasons.
A. FOR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN STOCK
You can withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days and return the products from the moment you receive them if your order regards products available in stock. You have the option of returning your money or choosing another product.
Within the above deadline, you inform the Company, via email at the address [email protected], stating your name and your order number, the reasons for which you wish to return the product, and if you wish to replace it or receive a refund.
Within the next two (2) working days you will be sent the corresponding special form “refund” or “product change” via email, which you will complete and send to the address [email protected]. In and after consultation with us, contact the courier company of your choice to deliver to our company the products, baring the shipping costs. All pieces should be in the same condition as when sent to you and in its original package, accompanied by all documents of shipment. It is strongly advised you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since the Company cannot guarantee that will indeed receive the package.
Upon receipt of the product from the Company, a detailed check will be made and if no problem is found regarding its condition, packaging or documents, an email will be sent accepting your request.
In case the above conditions are met and there is a request for “refund” you will be refunded the price you have paid.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The way the money will be refunded depends on the payment method you have chosen:
- If the payment has been made by credit card, the money will be refunded upon cancellation of the relevant charge.
- If the payment has been made by deposit in the bank account of the Company, the money will be refunded by deposit in your personal bank account, the details of which (Bank, IBAN, beneficiary, etc.) you will indicate via email to [email protected]. The refund will be made within fourteen (14) working days from the day after the acceptance of your request for return of the goods or goods.
- If the payment has been made via Paypal, the money shall be refunded via Paypal
upon cancellation of the relevant charge.
B. CUSTOM HANDMADE PRODUCTS
For custom made and personalized pieces (artwork, jewelry etc) only exchanges are considered on a case by case basis, as described below:
- i) The right of withdrawal is not provided for custom and personalized art and jewel pieces. Specifically, if the product meets the criteria, dimensions and special preferences of the Customer as set in the order, exchange of the product is not provided. Please pay attention of products descriptions and on our ring size chart that is available in our site.
- ii) For products or pieces that do not meet the preferences, sizes etc of the order, please contact us at the mail address [email protected], as soon as possible and not after an exceeding period of 14 days, after the receipt of the product, stating your name, your order number and explaining the reasons that made the product unsatisfactory. If the period of 14 days has been exceeded, exchange of the product is not provided.
If the stated reasons comply with the current Terms of Purchase and Use, within the next two (2) working days you will be sent the corresponding special form “product change” via email, which you will complete and send to the address [email protected]. In and after consultation with us, contact the courier company of your choice to deliver to our company the products, baring the shipping costs. All pieces should be in the same condition as when sent to you and in its original package, accompanied by all documents of shipment. It is strongly advised you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since the Company cannot guarantee that will indeed receive the package.
Upon receipt of the product from the Company, a detailed check will be made and if no problem is found regarding its condition, packaging or documents, an email will be sent accepting your request.
In case the above conditions are met, the Customer should select another product, according to the procedure described under Chapter 7.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
C. DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Please notify us immediately if your package arrives damaged or is defective. We must be informed within 24 hours of the shipment’s delivery. While we take every measure to properly package our shipments, there are rare occasions when damages occur in transit. Please send us an email at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve this matter and exchange it for the same item. The product should be delivered to us, in the same condition as it was received, in its original package, accompanied by all documents of shipment. In and after consultation with you, we will contact the courier company we cooperate with, to pick up the damaged product from you and have it delivered in our premises, baring the shipping costs.

D. Change of already changed products not allowed.
Your legal rights under applicable law are not affected.
